Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after your order is confirmed.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
• During promotions, sales, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.

Delivery Time

We deliver to all locations across Sri Lanka.

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

• Colombo & Suburbs: 2–4 working days
• Other Areas in Sri Lanka: 3–6 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to:
