Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the damaged or incorrect item
• Photos of the original packaging

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in its original packaging
• Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement. In such cases, all shipping costs will be covered by Callen & Co.
